Tension $T_{1}$ = 3.8 N
Tension $T_{2}$ = 4.4 N
Weight of the picture frame = w =?
When the picture is in equilibrium, then
∑ $F_{x}$ = 0 and ∑ $F_{y}$ = 0
Therefore T – w = 0
Or $(T_{1} + T_{2})$ – w = 0
$T_{1} + T_{2}$ = w
3.8 + 4.4 = w
W = 8.2 N
